Summer 1989, East Germany. Adam works as a tailor, Evelyn as a waitress. A detective and his partner tries to solve a murder case whilst finding themselves stuck in a 1940s, film-noir world.
Art dealer Trevor and his best friend Dante, an Italian/American fashion photographer, holiday in Capri where they both fall for Antonia, a local beauty. One of them marries her.
